First Factory: (Calcining Factory)
- 1-Physical treatment:
The raw material (Calcium Sulfate Dehydrate) (CaSO4.2H2O) will be brought to be crushed in the first physical treatment (crusher) for the suitable degree then it will be feeding to the second physical treatment (grinding mill) also the silo is located between them to store the sufficient amount of feeding material
2-Heet Treatment:
The grinded calcium sulfate will be moved to the unit of water removal unit (Thermal furnace) To remove one and half of water atoms to get (Calcium Sulfate Hemihydrate) (CaSO4⋅ 1/2H2O) Then this product is ready to be gypsum packing and the raw material of gypsum board.
Second Factory (gypsum Boards Production line factory)
- The gypsum board are manufactured by the adding of wet and dry additives to be mixed and vibrated inside The Mixer. After That the back and face paper will be automatically merged with the Mixing material to construct a Wet board of gypsum. (in the forming belt) then the live roll (to assure the distribution of mixed material inside the board).
Rotary knife cutter is the machine where the standard dimension of boards can be classified to cut (2.4m as a length of the board) after the cutting of boards the conveying System is the responsible of boards transfer inside the Dryer. to get real Gypsum Board. the finishing part is the trimming and tapping which will be signed by the integrated Solution company for the Gypsum board and Gypsum industries
